Our factory process covers component preparation, welding, painting, hydraulic assembly, electrical checking, machine testing and final inspection before export shipment.
During production, key structural parts are prepared, welded, painted and assembled according to model requirements. Our technicians check frame quality, hydraulic layout, hose routing, engine installation, control response and attachment compatibility to reduce delivery risk for overseas buyers.
Before shipment, each machine goes through visual inspection, functional testing and basic operation checks. We review hydraulic movement, travel performance, engine condition, fasteners, paint finish, packaging and buyer configuration requirements before export delivery.
